I stand there, a frown slowly forming on my face, wondering what just happened. One moment, he was right here with me, planning this “wedding of the century,” and the next, he was rushing off like he couldn’t get away fast enough. After what happened in Eric's office this morning, I thought things were moving forward—getting steamy, even. And yet, just when it felt like we were getting closer, he was suddenly pulling away. What does this mean? We were talking about the wedding, planning this grand event together. Shouldn’t that bring us closer, not create more distance?
