The Party

Donte walked into the club unable to keep his mind off Danielle in her bathrobe. Kelly runs up to him and wraps her arms around his neck, kissing him with a light peck on the lips. She walked him over to their VIP section. Kelly sat on Donte’s lap, whispering in his ear, “Where is Dannie?” Feeling annoyed, he roughly pushed Kelly to the side. Her friends began to giggle. Her face flushed red from embarrassment. First, he forces me to f**k him down a dark lane in his car. I haven’t heard from him since. He ignores me at school, and now he is acting like I discuss him in front of our friends. Kelly was beyond boiling and angry on the inside.

“I am going to wait for your sister upfront. You know to make sure she doesn’t have an issue using the fake ID I gave her,” Donte said with a smile.

“What’s up with you and your man,” Jada asked?

“Yea, b***h, spill the tea. We want all the details,” Lia said enthusiastically.

Kelly rolled her eyes, taking a sip from her s*x on the beach, telling them both, “Nothing happened, he is just playing his role, so Danielle won’t suspect anything.”

Danielle POV

I walked into the club and Donte was waiting for me. I looked around in aww. The club was amazing. Considering this is my first time going to a nightclub. Lux had three floors, girls in cages dancing, and six DJs. The club has a casino on the top floor, VIP only. The 2nd floor was like a bar and lounge area and, of course, the 1st floor was where the party was.

“Can I buy you a drink, beautiful?”

“Umm, sure I guess.”

I started blushing, never being called beautiful before. The guy was not someone that would catch my eye though. I saw Donte following the guy to the bar. Once the bartender served up the drinks, he took the drink from him and brought it to me.

“You know accepting a drink from another man in front of the man who invited you out is really offensive,” Donte said before handing me my drink.

How can you trust a stranger? When he asked that, Sky was in my head saying any stranger is better than you, so I started laughing. Donte looked at me inquisitively while licking his lips. I felt disgusted.

“Oh wow, Danielle is that you?”

My annoyance meter started to rise when I heard Kelly’s voice.

“Mom and Dad are pretty upset with you considering you left, and you know what happens when they are upset. But hey, it’s your birthday…. Kelly looks me up and down with a smudged look…and we are here to celebrate you”

How can one person be so full of s**t, Sky said. I started laughing, which turned into a fake cough when I realized everyone was staring at me.

LAMAR POV

I headed to the club. Even though we were attacked, I could not show the pain and the anger I was feeling because someone would want to take my position. Other packs smile in your face but deep down they are envious of the legacy my father built as an Alpha. The council will want answers, and they want to challenge, I can feel it.

“MATE”

Not now Zeus. I can sense her too, but we must stay focused.

“I am sorry Lamar, but your brothers did not make it. Your sister is in critical condition. The doctor says she might not survive through the night, but she has a fighting spirit. We found Luna with her heart ripped out of her chest and Alpha, he is alive.”

“Wait, my father is alive, but my mom is dead. No way my dad would let anything happen to my mom with him around. De’Shaun, bro, take two rogues to the dungeons for questioning. You know what to do about the rest.”

I stood on the top floor trying to put together pieces in my mind. Why would anyone want to attack my family? Deep in thought, I felt a hand seductively slide across my chest and started to ease its way down. The girl whispered in my ear, “Funny how you can just f**k someone all night long through multiple orgasms one night and the next day act like they never existed in your world.” Once she finished, I instantly knew it was Bella. I was her first. I was drugged by some type of witch, Rohypnol. Rohypnol by itself would not work on any supernatural being, but getting the drug from a witch and whatever they do to enhance it could put a werewolf out in minutes. Luckily, I have Alpha blood in my veins. When I saw Bella, to get the drug out of my system, I had to have s*x.

“Bella, sweetheart, you know I was drugged that night. I am truly sorry for what happened, but you should leave. I have nothing else to offer you. I gave you fifty thousand dollars, bought you a house, and paid all of your debts off. I even gave you a job in my company, so you would not have to work at the club. I know that you are young, Love, but understand that was a win for you.

Zeus pushed through… Now get the f**k out.

She left with tears in her eyes and bottom lip trembling. I stood up watching her leave. Bella was human, and I was trying to protect her. Plus, she was only 18 when it happened. Watching her leave from the third floor, I saw her bump into my mate, causing her to trip. Some guy catches her before she can fall. I saw the King’s daughter put in my mate’s pocket and another girl put something in her drink. She doesn’t notice something as simple as this. How can she be my mate? “She is ours and she is perfect. Instead of complaining, let’s go and protect our mate.” Zeus was going crazy in my head trying to come forward to take control. However, the moment I saw this tall, average looking guy put his arms around her, I was heading down the stairs.
