Lucas sat staring at the same email for the hundredth time. His mind kept wandering though he tried to keep it busy while he waited. Alan paced beside the window negotiating over the phone for the security footage. It seemed it wasn’t going to be as easy as Lucas hoped. He would prefer to avoid official channels and skip the red tape but perhaps he wouldn’t have a choice. Shortly after eleven there was a knock on the door.
