Xavier pulls the car and I hop out, excited, and looking around. The mountain house he brought me to looks amazing and the views here are to die for! There is definitely a plus side to living in the Lake District.
The spacious wooden lodge we are staying in is surrounded by woods, but the front windows look straight into the vast territory. Beautiful place and very secluded. Xave brings our luggage in and starts the fire in the fireplace, while I get the groceries to the kitchen and quickly cut the salad for tonight. When I am done, I see my gorgeous mate taking his sweatshirt off and walk to him, hugging him from the back.
“I love you, you know that right?”, I whisper to him and he signs, turning to face me and cups my face into his calloused hands.
“I know”, he kiss
