Blake was reading in the living room when Lila went looking for him. He looked up as she came down the stairs, waving her phone at him.
"I've put up the picture of the engagement ring on my social media," she said, dropping down onto the other end of the sofa from him. "I didn't tag you 'cos I didn't know if you had social media. Or wanted to be tagged."
Blake shrugged.
"I don't update my social media, nor is it open to the public. So that's fine." He stretched out an upturned palm, motioning for her to hand over the phone so he could see what she'd posted. Briefly his eyes scanned over the image and its accompanying caption. "Nice picture."
"Yeah I think so too. I spent like half an hour looking for a nice place on the balcony just to take it, so it better be a nice picture."
