Olivia’s POV-
The moment I heard his voice, I had to pull c*****e, I mean Daniel closer. He makes me feel so safe. I knew if there was anyone that could keep me safe, it would be him. I know my dad is in the room, and he would protect me, but all I could think about was how safe I felt in Daniel’s arms right now.
“It’s him,” I whispered, and I felt the immediate shift in the entire room.
“We will keep you safe, my queen,” Daniel whispered, kissing my head.
“He is right, we will not let him get near you,” Dad said, stroking my head.
The door flung open, and my egg donor burst into the room first, still dressed in the dress she left in after her husband beat on me. I whispered, “Help me sit up.”
