It had been a week since that sunset on the swing, and my dad had barely left my side, especially when Daniel was at school. True to his promise, Daniel brought homework home from school for me, so I wouldn’t miss anything. So, while I was resting, I was doing all that homework, which I did pretty quickly. A couple of times during the week, Dad took me to his company and gave me a grand tour and showed me what he did, which was fun. It helped me make up my mind about what I wanted to do when I went to college.
