Ever since we arrived, I noticed Caleb calmer, more relaxed, and overall so very happy. I felt a bit of guilty for having held him away from his people and territory for so long, yet I also felt glad he took the time to know me, then conquer me with his true self.
"I want to go out for a walk, will you be ok here by yourself or do you want me to call Cara to keep you company?" He said in a mix of anxiety and excitement.
"You know I am safe, but why haven't you invited me to go on the walk with you?" I asked genuinely curious.
