Chapter 27
Arden POV*
I made my way to the small room that was pointed out to me by a random pack member. Of course Roman didn’t tell me where I was supposed to be going, so I had to start asking random people. Standing outside the door, I could see who I assumed was Eva.
She was a tall beautiful woman, nearly 6 feet tall with an ageless look about her. Her hair was raven black and her skin so pale it resembled porcelain.
Eva had an easy, warm smile on her face while she opened the door as I approached, allowing me to enter first. Looking around, I could see that she had prepared a seating area in the center. A short table filled with different herbs and a bowl was lined on either side with pillows meant to be used for sitting.
