  Maxine wondered why she had been craving apples dipped in ketchup. Today, she has already eaten five apples.   After a few hours of sleep in her bedroom, Heather finally woke up. She moved downstairs and sat with her in the garden. Maxine offered her cookies and just enjoyed the moment.   Heather was good and smart, she didn't have a hard time accepting things that were going on around her. Even though she was not from her own blood, she treated her as hers, also, she loved her. She really hoped her mother won't take her away from us.   As they sat in the sun lounge, she gently played with her hair. They were silent when Heather suddenly spoke, "What's wrong, Mommy?"   "There's none, baby. Always remember that I love you so much okay?" she told her.   "I love you more!" she answered
