The dragon within

   I wake up feeling pretty refreshed and I see Leon laying next to me. I try not to wake him up but I've really got to pee. I eventually get out of his death grip and go to the bathroom. The bathroom in gorgeous. It has a clear glass shower door with a big garden tub with a double vanity sink. I do my business and come back out. When I come out of the bathroom I hear a knock at the door which also startles Leon awake. I guess he's used to sleeping on the edge because once again he falls off the bed and onto the floor. I shake my head giggling as I open the door. 

   When I open the door there stands the seamstress with not one but two outfits. "Wow that was quick!" I said in shock and she beams in pride. I run my hand over the outfits... she really did a great job. The first one was a sage pant jumper with a black material that went around the waste. It didn't have sleeves but it zipped up the back and it looked like a turtle neck. The second one was a black sleeveless dress that came right above my knees. It also had a sage shirt sleeves jacket that came right under my breast. 

   "I'm sorry Luna but this was literally everything I had left." She said bowing her head. 

   "Why are you sorry? These are perfect. I love them... what would you say if you had the opportunity to start up your own line?" I asked her and I was serious. This girl had some potential. Her eyes lit up and I just laughed.  "By the way what's your name?" I ask her.

   "My name is Hannah" She informs me. 

   I tilt my head in her direction to let her know I heard her and I'm very happy with her work. After she leaves I open a mind link and invite everyone to a carry in at the pack house. It's not mandatory but it's like a town hall meeting. I need fresh ideas brought to the table and want to ask everyone something to think about.  

   Leon is no longer on the floor but back on the bed with an eye brow raised in question to what we are going to talk about. I sat down next to him playing with my fingers. "You know this pack house is huge..." I start with "and our people are suffering when they shouldn't have to." He asks a little closer to me "I think we should invite them to come stay in the pack house with us" I blurt out. I stand up expecting him to argue about it or something but I don't allow him time. "It would be a good way to let them rebuild and save money. If we cooked large meals for everyone yes it'll be a lot of work but we can ensure that everyone gets to eat." I'm rambling like a lunatic while he's just intently watching me pace. When I'm done he just stands up comes over to me. Kisses me on my nose and tells me he thinks it's a great idea because we are stronger as a whole and we can make sure everyone is protected. 

   I smile and put on my pant jumpsuit because I do want to look decent when I go see my pack. It's almost 6 and the whole house is buzzing with excitement. It looks like once again everyone has showed up.  

   "I called you all here to talk about a few things. First off we need ideas to start getting an income in here and I mean like yesterday." I seen a couple of panicked faces so I addressed that "I need you guys to trust me I've never let you down this far I promise we will get through this." That seemed to calm them down a little. "Second thing I want to talk about is the pack house." Everyone is looking around confused. I raised my hands to calm the talking down. "I know you all have suffered and I want to offer a place for each of you in the pack house." I seen eyes light up and I raised my hands trying to quiet them again. "With doing this we are hoping to give some relief to everyone whether it be three square meals a day, a hot shower, or having a safe place with a roof over your head." I see the kids jumping excitedly and I smile thinking of ours doing that soon. "This is not mandatory so don't feel you have to but it's an invite that starts immediately. So let us give thanks to the moon Goddess, eat and find whoever wants to come find a room." I finish and they howl giving praise to our moon Goddess thanking her for everything she's done.  We let the mothers with the young children go first. I'm looking around at all the smiling faces when I catch Charlotte in the corner sulking.

   "Why are you upset? And why don't you eat?" I ask her. 

   "I can't go live in the pack house." She pouts.

   "Well why not?" I ask

   "Because if I do I don't know if mommy and daddy will ever find me if they come back for me. " She states.

   Heading these words come from her broke my heart. She was just as alone as I was the only difference was I seen my parents bodies so I didn't have to worry about the (what ifs) "Hey what would you say it I gave you a room on my floor? And we can write a letter exactly where they left you and if one of the gaurds come across them they can bring them in right away. This seemed to appease Charlotte cause she hugged me and told me i was the best. 

   I then took her up through the line to grab her a plate. We filled the plates with all sorts of things. One for each of us.  Charlotte came and asked Leon if she could stay with us. Of course Leon agreed about 30 minutes later Kayla and Mary show up and when Charlotte and Kayla found out they were staying on the same floor I thought for sure they were going to shatter some windows due to the both of them squealing. Turns out Charlotte was only 5 months younger than Kayla she just looked much smaller due to the lack of food. 

   We get a good amount of people settled in and we'll finish up tomorrow.  Leon is now carrying up not one but both girls seeing as how they passed out on the couch together. Leon went a head and laid them both in the same bed for tonight. 

   We both attired to our room next and we had so much space in this one but I loved how even though we had all that room he still put his right arm over me and I pulled his hand under my head for my pillow. 

   "Good night love" I say and he kissed my forehead. "Good night love" he repeats putting his head in the crook of my neck and we fall asleep.
