COLE’S POV The second I saw Greg dragging Amy’s limp body into the shadows of the side yard, I lost control completely. Without thinking or planning, I lunged forward, grabbed Greg by the collar of his jacket and ripped him away from her. He barely had time to look surprised before my fist connected with his jaw. The force of the impact threw him against the brick siding of the house. I caught him on the rebound and slammed him onto the concrete patio.
