Breaking Up (Tony’s POV)

Bradley told me earlier that Leslie was up to something. While I am sure she was, it was no real concern of mine. I had other things on my mind. Father was due back the day of Graduation. The Alpha ceremony was supposed to happen a few days after that. It was a lot of responsibility taking on all of that responsibility. Whatever Leslie was up to could wait.

That was until she grabbed me and pulled me into the school’s library.

“What is it you want, Leslie?” I growled at her. She hadn’t given me the time of day since I asked Sara out. Sure, we hooked up in the past. But it was clear we never had feelings for each other.

“You have to break up with Sara,” she stated.

So, this is what Leslie was up to.

“Why?” he asked.

“She won’t make a good Luna. She’s boring and not that pretty. I am not even sure why you’re going out with her,” she said.

“You know I am only going out with her because my Dad likes her,” I said. “Besides, I was gonna break-up with her anyway on Graduation day. Can’t be stuck with someone like her once I am the Alpha. I hear your cousin Rosalie is coming to the party. Is this true?”

“Yeah. But if you want her to come, I need an extra ticket,” stated Leslie. “She might bring her friend, Erica.”

“Is she as pretty as Rosalie?” I asked.

“Yes. Although, they aren’t as pretty as me,” she declared brushing back her hair with one hand.

I rolled my eyes at her. “I’ll get the ticket. Tomorrow after school.”

“Fine,” she smirked. “I’m off. Got better things to do then hang around with you.”

I shook my head as she walked away. “I have better things as well,” I called after her blatantly but she had already bounced out the door.

Getting a ticket was easy but breaking up with Sara that was going to be hard. The kid had a crush on me since freshman year. There were going to be tears. Probably a lot of them. My Dad would likely be disappointed as well. But as sweet as she was, she wasn’t the girl for me.

Rosalie however was in a league all her own.
