In the quiet of the morning, Rafael stirred as soft footsteps entered his room. He slowly opened his eyes to see Gracie, his sister's daughter, standing by his bed.
"Good morning, alpha," she whispered, a humorous smile playing on her lips as she lisped. Rafael couldn't help but chuckle at her playful antics.
"Hiding behind the door, are we?" he asked, pretending to search for Liana. Just then, Liana emerged from her hiding place. "Good morning, alpha Rafael," she greeted shyly, her voice barely above a whisper.
