The rest of the week flew by pretty quickly after Monday and nothing interesting happened so it was a pretty boring week.

Hudson and I were back to being ourselves despite the office incident and I was feeling like myself again. I was now in Amy's room with her and Liz as we helped her get ready for prom.

"Look at you!" Liz gushed leaning bac, makeup brush in hand to access her handiwork on Amy's face.

I handed her a mirror and she grinned, "Wow, thanks guys" she had changed the dress we bought a week ago since apparently someone else had it and then got an elegant floor length red dress with a plunging neckline, she looked sexy as hell.

"Oh my gosh, that must be Sam" She said excitedly after the doorbell rang. "José, André and Hudson are downstairs, the poor guy is going to s**t his pants, you know how ridiculously overprotective those three are." she groaned and Liz and I laughed.

"I'm on it" I said as I exited her room and headed downstairs.

"You know that if you try something with her tonight I'll hunt your punk ass down and cut off your-"

"Okaaaay..." I said effectively cutting of Hudson's threats as I walked down the final stairs and saw him, José and André standing around Sam with their arms folded in an intimidating stance.

Sam breathed a sigh a of relief when he saw me and moved away from the three stooges who were now glaring at me.

"Katty!" Angela came running into the foyer followed by Hudson's parents.

I picked her up and swung her around. "Hey baby girl!"

Sam introduced himself to Tom and Lorraine who seemed to instantly like him.

Liz came down the stairs and cleared her throat. "Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Amy Elizabeth Taylor."

Amy appeared at the top of the stairs looking breathtaking and I watched as she walked gracefully down the stairs then turned to see Sam's reaction, he had a huge grin on his face and his eyes transfixed on her. He went to the foot of the stairs and held out his hand for her and she took it.

"Oh, look at my baby! Get the camera Tom" Lorraine said excitedly and Tom came back with the camera and she started snapping pictures.

In the busy mess, I caught José glaring at Sam as he posed with Amy and put his arm around her. I went to stand next to him and elbowed his side.

"Stop it, you and Hudson are being ridiculous with the overprotective brotherly routine." I laughed and he blinked then stormed away from me and left me standing looking at his retreat in utter confusion.

"Jojo angry." Angela said pointing at José's retreating back.

After a million pictures Sam and Amy were finally out the door and went into the SUV idling at the curb.

"I'm watching you Sam" Hudson yelled out to them and I smacked his arm.

"Will you stop?" I glared at him and André laughed

"If you're trying to look intimidating sis, just stop. You look like a cute puppy" he said and I flipped him off.

"Let's go out tonight" José said as he came back into the room, André shook his head, "Nah man, Angela doesn't have a sitter. "

"Go out and have fun, we can watch after her for tonight. " Lorraine offered with a warm smile.

"Are you sure?" Liz asked biting her lip.

"Of course." Tom said, "It will be nice having this little one around for the evening."

André and Liz reluctantly agreed and we went off to a small karaoke bar we used to frequent.

"Man, that guy sucks" José said as we entered the bar and there was a guy up on stage attempting to sing Crazy In Love.

"And you can do better?" Liz asked raising an eyebrow.

"Oh dear sister in law, I can do better in almost everything." he winked at her and André glared at him then put a possessive arm around Liz causing us to laugh.

"I'm going to get a drink. Want one?" Hudson asked and me and I shook my head and followed José as he led us to a table at the back.

"Are you okay?" I asked him

"I'm fine, why are you asking?."

"You were acting weird earlier."

"I'm fine Kat, bloody f*****g fine." he snapped then sat down as we reached a table.

"Well okay then..." I murmured and sat down.

Hudsok came back, beer in hand and a cocktail for me. I gave him a questioning look since I had said I don't want anything and he shrugged.

A few more people sang before José decided to do one song because "these people are tone deaf".

He got up on stage and started singing Keith Sweat Just wanna s*x you.

"Wooohoo!!" Liz and I cheered while laughing. He was pretty good actually, he and I took vocal lessons when we were younger while André learned to play the piano.

"Well, dear brother in law I must say that I underestimated you" Liz said as José got back then he smirked.

"I'm going to get another drink" I said after polishing the first one and Hudson simply smirked.

I rolled my eyes at him with a smile on my face then walked away.

"Can I get a dirty martini please" I said to the bartender when I got to the bar and he nodded then went off to make my drink.

"Hey sexy, come here often? " A voice said from behind me and I turned around and saw a cute blonde guy standing there with a smirk.

"I think a girl that falls for that pick up line should be admitted to an insane asylum." I replied and turned back around just as the bartender came back with my dink.

I was about to pay him but the blonde guy beat me to it.

"I can pay for my own drinks you know" I crossed my arms and he just shrugged "I don't doubt that you can but I'm just trying to be nice."

We stared at each other for a while before I introduced myself. "Katleen" I said picking up my drink and he once again smirked.

"I'm Cyrus"

"Cyrus? That's a very rare name." I said and he just shrugged.

We leaned against the bar and then started talking, I learned that he was 26, works as a mechanic and has a 2 year old daughter.

"You know, you're really pretty Katleen." He said taking a sip of his beer.

"And you're really smooth Cyrus." I answered.

I was about to say something else when I felt a hand snake around my waist and looked up to see Hudson glaring at Cyrus.

Cyrus looked to at Hudson then at me, shook his head and smiled "It was nice meeting you Katleen" he walked away before I could say anything.

"What the hell Hudson?" I glared up at him and shrugged out of his hold.

"What? You can't just go around talking to random guys" he answered scowling at me as if I did something wrong.

"Why the hell not?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

He opened then closed his mouth as if at a loss for words then shrugged "Because I said so okay."

I rolled my eyes and walked away from him. He was being ridiculous and I was enjoying my conversation with Cyrus plus he was really cute, not that anything was going to happen.

We walked back to join the group and I managed to ignore Hudson all night, I was upset by his attitude. "Because I said so?" who the hell did he think he was!

We left the bar a few hours later, José had a girl hanging off of him and Liz was hammered while André was as sober as a judge.

"I'm going to dooooo you tonight! Baby no. 2!" Liz shouted, her hands in the air.

"Woah there tiger, let's get you home." Andre said, grin on his face he picked her up then off they went.

"Are you mad at me Kitty Kat?" Hudson asked as we got into the apartment after a silent car ride.

"No I'm not mad, just annoyed." I muttered softly.

"Well I'm sorry" he uttered softly began nuzzling my neck after pulling me to him. I pulled away from him when suddenly I imagined him kissing me along my neck with my legs around his waist.

"I'm going to bed now." I turned and practically sprinted to my room. What the hell was wrong with me?

"Dios Mio" I whispered shaking my head.

I got dressed in an oversized shirt and a short pajama shorts and got into bed and dragged the covers up to my neck. A while later the bed dipped as Hudson climbed in, he tried pulling me to him like he always does but I pulled away and he sighed then fell asleep a few minutes later.
