"Oh my gosh Hudson!" I screamed.
Everyone came rushing into the kitchen, Lorraine hurried next to where I was kneeling next to Hudson.
"He's fine, just dehydrated and drunk." Andre said then came over with Jose and lifted him up onto a chair.
Amy brought a glass of water and handed it to José who then dumped over Hudson's face "Wake up motherfucker!" he yelled.
Hudson startled and his eyes opened "Triplets." was the first word that came out of his mouth as soon as he got his bearings.
"Maybe he has a concussion." Lorraine said, "We need to get him to the hospital."
"I'm fine" he murmured then pointed to me "Three of them."
"You're not fine if you're seeing three Katleens." Lorraine said then turned to her husband, "Tom get the car ready we're taking him to the emergency room."
I held in a laugh as Hudson simply stared at me with pure confusion and love written all over his face while his mom was stressing about his health.
"He's okay Lorraine." I said then stepped closer to him, "What he means is that we're having triplets."
"I don't even know what to say right now." José threw his hands up dramatically.
"Pfft, that's a first." Amy remarked and José squinted his eyes at her, "Don't start with me Amy."
"Or what José, what will-"
"Okay, what the hell is going on between you two?" Andre asked cutting Amy off exasperated, "All you do is fight and make petty remarks towards each other. I have had to listen to all this nonsense for weeks."
"You're having babies!" Mom cried ignoring Andre's annoyance, "I can't believe this."
"Oh Gloria! We're going to be grandmas."Lorraine cried out and they both hugged one another.
Tom came over to pat his son on the back and dad simply gave Hudson a silent look that conveyed a lot because he nodded in response.
Andre was still eyeing Amy and José suspiciously then shook his head and congratulated us. We all went into the living room where there were balloons and flowers and a banner that said farewell Amy.
The party started and Hudson spent the entire evening drinking water and sticking close to my side and not moving an inch.
