Everything was utter chaos, Roy caused a lot of destruction and panic with his spells. Before I went to help Caleb in his fight I gave the detectives and guards the rundown of what was going on so they could first evacuate the festival and help the victims get to the nearest hospital.
Roy and Caleb both passed out from using way too much magic at once, more than they bodies could control. Right before Roy shrunk and passed out all his spells went out of control. The cops arrested Roy but also took him to the hospital along with Caleb and anyone else who got injured.
