We didn’t talk much after Stella found me, we decided to go home, check in with our families then meet back once she’s got enough clues and information for us to make our plan. The real reason we were splitting for now was so we wouldn’t strengthen the mate bond. I feel pretty numb now, so much raw, strong, amazing and terrible emotions the past couple of days. I’m really going to dread having to answer questions.
Stella and I flew to the southern kingdom first, we shifted into our human forms and dropped onto my roof. We climbed down through my window into my room. “Stella…”
