COVEN

After my dad went outside of my room , I followed him , I knew he said I should stay inside my room but I wanted to know what’s going on so started working to the stairs before I could get down what I saw made stiff , so I quickly hid behind he stairs, I saw jack held a gun to my mum who had already been shot on the leg , and my dad was kneeling beside her calming her , then I heard another’s man voice saying “where is the card Micheal , if you don’t tell me I am going to kill your wife” he was damn serious, that man looked older than my dad , and he was like a matured version of jack , they were about five other guards guarding the man , they were about three men and two women ,the next gun shot I heard made me came back from my thought . My mum had been shot on her pretty head , I watched as her body got lifeless on the floor , my dad started shouting and cursing him , in that moment it was as if I had been stabbed a thousand times all over my body , the shot was taking by jack himself I could not believe I didn’t see this coming , from the place I hid I wanted to just die at that moment because the pains was too much.

Next they focused all their attention on my dad and the man who I learnt his name was Armani from my dad , started boasting “micheal you thought you can hide from me , I made you what you are today, how can you do such to me” then my dad replied him “shut the f**k up , you only made me a killer” Armani took the gun from jack and pointed it to my dad and said “micheal I’m gonna ask you for the last time , where is the card?” My dad replied him “I don’t have it” thereafter he shot my dad twice and my poor dad died on the spot .

In that moment every conscience I had as a human being left my body , I knew I had to leave or I will be killed like my parents , quickly I did not wait to know the next action to be taken cause I knew they will be coming for me so I went to my room and carried the bag given to me by my dad and ran to my parents room , their room had a tunnel , underneath their bed that led to the garage , I could remember when we parked here newly my dad told me about the tunnel I asked him what is it for because we don’t need it , he told me it’s very important that when the time comes I will understand . while I was running to their room I could hear them coming upstairs so I quickly entered the room , I used all my strength to push the bed and then entered the tunnel which led to the garage , I wanted to take a car but decided against because they will find me quickly so I came out of the garage and saw all our security men dead with blood all over , that didn’t stop me as I ran outside and kept running until I saw a taxi .

I told the taxi man to take me to any hotel , he asked me if I’m okay but I didn’ reply, I guess he understood my mood cause he didn’t ask me any other thing until we came to a stop , and he said “we are at the hotel” I just kept nodding and came down without paying , I must have looked horrible because he did not even bother following or asking why I didn’t pay him , so I went inside the hotel and went to the receptionist and paid for three days , I made sure I paid with cash because I knew if I had paid with an atm they would fine me quickly .

Thereafter I went inside the hotel room and locked the door , sat down on the floor and started crying as I remembered everything that happened not quite long , so I won’t see my mum and dad again , I could not control the tears that was coming out , I knew something was run when they employed a bodyguard for me , what an irony the bodyguard was the same person that killed them , but if he was really sent to kill me why did he save me today? that was the question I was asking myself but I don’t care if he saved me or not .

I must have slept off while crying because when I woke up I was still at the spot I was since I entered the room . I had a dream I saw my parents they told me to be strong because they will be dangers ahead, immediately I woke up the only thing on my mind was revenge , to kill all those bas**rd that did this to me . So I carried the bag given to me by my father, I opened it and I saw a lot of money , guns , passport of a different name and an identification card , next I saw a laptop, it was my dad’s laptop I recognized it and I remembered the card my dad gave me , I tried to open the laptop but it was locked, I tried every number I knew but it refused to open , then I tried my date of birth it opened , I quickly open my locket and brought out the card and inserted it inside the laptop .

I could not believe what I saw , my dad and mum were secret agent , after I finished watching and reading everything now I understand why they were killed , I felt pity for them because because of the training they went through, that was inhuman , after watching all the videos of the people they had killed , I went to the file section and I saw all the findings my dad did , he had been looking for a way to bring down the coven . after he left the organization . I closed the laptop and brought out the recorder from my pocket and played it . My father was the one that recorded this because I recognized his voice immediately he said “honey by the time you will be listening to this I will be dead , please don’t hate me and your mum it was not our fault , we never wanted to be killers , we were told we are working for the government and when I realized that have been lying to us I left , baby girl if you are listening to this have it in mind that you must not trust anyone , you’re on your own now , I want you to leave the country immediately with those new identities I have given you , don’t ever come back to this country forget everything that happened here and live your life , get married and have children please honey I want you to live a happy without pains and sorrow. I’m sorry you had to go through this , me and your mum loves you” after listening to the voice note I started crying again it was too painful , why me ?

In that moment I made a decision , I would have have my revenge, I already know everything about the coven I will expose all of them and kill all of them , first of all I will take what he treasures the most then, I will destroy it. I will make him beg for death , I know my dad told me to run but I won’t , I will stay and fight all of them one by one .

So I started strategizing on how to take them down , the only way to destroy them is from within, meaning I had to let them catch me , I have a feeling that if they catch me they won’t kill me instead they will recruit me and make me work for them, I hope so , that is the only way to take them down , so I packed everything given to me by my dad and left the hotel to keep them in a safe location , I will come back for them when the time is right, including the recorder, but I kept the card with me inside my locket , it will be close but they won’t realize , I stayed at the hotel for about three day. thereafter I went to my house , everywhere has been cleaned up as if nothing happened here .

I entered inside the living room and immediately I remembered everything I could not bear it I fell down and started crying , my mum and dad were nice people they always help those in need , they didn’t deserve these , in that moment I heard movement , there were around i know they would come for me , I came to our house intentionally so they would catch me , when I turned around I saw jack , he came came closer to me with a gun on his hand then I said “you came to finish what you started, you incompetence fool” he growled angrily and grabbed my hair and said “you stupid bit**h don’t you dare talk to me in that manner or else” I interrupted him and said “or else what , the only thing you can do is kill me like the way you killed my parents, and believe me I would be glad if you did” then said “I won’t kill you because you will not be useful dead” after he said that he came close to me and injected me then I blacked out.
