A NEW PATH

We got to New York the next day at night , it was a long ride , back in the train I kept thinking about everything I had gone through the past years , I tried sleeping but I could not , I still dreamed about my parents being shot in front of me , I knew I made a mistake by sleeping with jack because he killed my mum but I could not deny the fact that he was nice to me all through these past years , he even saved me when they tried killing me back at that restaurant , I knew he was not aware of his father’s evil plan for me but I guess it’s for the best , now I can carry out my revenge plan . they think I’m dead they will never know what hit them I will strike when they least expect, I will make them pay for everything they did to me .

after the train stopped at New York I came down and looked for a cab thereafter I went to my old school it was late in the night so there was no one there , I went to the backyard and found a shovel and started digging I dogged until I hit a bag then I stopped them I bent down and picked the bag , it was the bag given to me by my dad which contains everything I would need to disappear , after picking the bag I considered listening to my dad’s advice by disappearing but I couldn’t , I needed to avenge their death , the bastard that killed them needs to pay . so after collecting the bag I left my school and went to a nearby hotel , after paying for a room I was given a card and was directed to my room , I thanked the receptionist and went to the elevator, as I was about entering the elevator a guy rushed toward me and mistakenly pushed me , I tripped but he held me making the scared staff to fall down , he saw it but I quickly pushed and kick him on his chest making him to fall down then I picked the staff , entered the elevator and closed it before he could stand up . The elevator opened and I quickly went inside my room before the guy finds me , before I could enter my room I thought of leaving the hotel because the guy might recognize the staff and I don’t even know who he is .

So I changed my mind and took the stairs instead and left the hotel , immediately I came out of the hotel I started working fast but I noticed someone following me but I pretended not to be aware I kept walking until I entered a cloth store and quickly took a dress and entered the dressing room to try it out , but I was staring at the door the same guy following me entered the store that was when I saw that he was the guy from the hotel I was alarmed but stayed calm , then I intentionally kept the cloth and left the store , he quickly followed me I made sure I was away from eyes view before I brought out a gun from my bag and pointed it at him and then I said “who the fu*k are you ? , if you don’t talk I’m gonna burst your kranium” I walked closer and pointed the gun at his head, then he said “calm down Dovina I’m only trying to help you” I was shocked but didn’t show it how did he knows my name , then I said “did I ask for your help?” then he said “I know you have the scared staff of the Italians , if people get to find out you will be dead , I’m a friend of your father , I have been looking for you for the past two years Dovina , I know you have so many questions to ask me just point down your gun and let’s talk” still pointing the gun at him I said to him “whoever you are I don’t care if you even know my ancestors and neither to your cheap talks moved me” he looked straight at me and said “I don’t expect you to buy my story but do you have a hole underneath your bed ? I was the one that suggested that to your dad and also told him to move to New York when he told me he received a message from Armani” I didn’t believe him but I decided to listen to what he had to say , I dropped my gun and we went back to the hotel since it will not far from oue current location , i entered my room and he came with me he said “when your father still worked for Armani he was sent to wipe out my whole family including me so he killed my family , I was around five years so he spared me , he kept me somewhere save , schooled me in private so Armani will not find out , when I was matured he trained and told me everything about the coven , but he confessed he killed my parent but I don’t blame him he doesn’t have a choice then , I understood and took him as a father,when your dad told me about the message from Armani I was not in the country so I asked him to look for a bodyguard for you , when I came back I saw them carry you from the house , I recognized them and I knew they were from the coven I could not follow them but they would know , and since then I have blaming myself for allowing the carry you , I feel as if I failed your father , I could not save you so since then I have always been coming to New York to spend sone time but today I came to the hotel to relax when I saw you I was shocked , what I could not believe was me seeing you with the Italian mafia staff , so I decided to follow you” by the time he was through with the story was when I realized I have been crying all through the story , I might be tough but I just realized that right now I have been blaming my dad from keeping secret from me but he has been protecting me all through , I said to myself I will never let my dad down I will make him proud by taking down the coven not because Armani killed my family but because I don’t want him recruiting little children and turning them to killer then I said to him “there is no time for too much talk I have a plan , I want to take down the coven but first I have a prize to claim” then I brought out the staff ., are you in with me or not” he replied “I’m in , and please call me sucre”
