THE FIGHT FOR POWER

After Sucre agreed to fight with me to take down coven , he left my room not before telling me that I should have my bath and have a good night rest .

The next day Sucre came inside my hotel room with breakfast. I thanked him and dig in after the meal , he asked “Dovina what are your plans and the Italian staff with you , what do you plan on doing with it and how is it even in your possession ?”

I hesitated before answering “firstly I plan on taking my throne since I have the scared staff and as for how I got it , it’s none your concern”

Sucre looked at me for a while and said “Dovina in as much as you have gone through a lot these past years, I understand your pains , I don’t expect you to trust anyone , but for us to work together I expect you to trust me” immediately he said that I looked at him properly and that was when I noticed he has deep green eyes , his hair are combination of wine and brown , then I looked at his body .

he has a well defined abs and a wide chest , he is a very attractive man but right now I was angered by his Choice of words , I quickly brought out my gun and pointed it to him , then I said to him “don’t you ever open your mouth to tell me you understand what I’ve gone through , your parents were killed when you were at the age of five and you did not see them get killed , mine was killed last two years in front of me , I have gone through hell and I’m back so don’t you dare ask me to trust you cause I trust no one, and if you want to accompany me on this, you’re working for me not with me , I give orders you follow them , and don’t you dare question my decisions or ask me irrelevant questions” . I said all that in a mean , loud tone he quickly raised him hands in surrender as said “calm down D I got you , no more questions , just pull down the gun I was only trying to be nice” I replied “don’t be , just do what’s asked of you” .i pulled down the gun .

After our little quarrel we started planing on how to go to the Italy to take over the mafia position then Sucre suggests “I know a group of some strong abled men , they are well trained and they know how to fight and protect the people assigned to them , they worked for “Hades” , it is a company that people hires top notch security men from , they cost a fortune to hire , but recently the company got bankrupt, poor management skills and they couldn’t pay the security men so they stopped working and since then they have always been together at a warehouse not far from the city , where they train together and lived a content life” they couldn’t stay away from each other because they see themselves as family since they have no families , I listened carefully to what he said and I told him “so you want me to employ them to protect me , you think I’m not capable and of protecting myself ?”

Then he said “ I’m only suggesting that , I’m not trying to offend you but the Italians are no child’s play , to go there you must have a strong backup , rumors has it that it’s Damian’s brother that killed him in his private jet , what makes you think if you show up he won’t do the same to you . I want us to employ those men to work and protect you but they cost a fortune” I understood where his coming from so for once I agreed with him and asked “how much do they cost?” he answered “they are about eight in numbers, per day they collect eight hundred dollars” I stood up went to the wardrobe took my bag and walked up to him and said “let’s go and meet them” he looked at me curiously and said “okay” he wanted to disagree b but I think the way I looked at him made him Change his mind” .

We parked all our belongings since we were not coming back to the hotel due to security reasons , then we entered his car , the drive was quite long I was looking outside the window all through , after driving for about thirty minutes we got to an abandoned warehouse , he parked and we came down together and walked inside the warehouse , immediately we entered inside I saw a group of men they were very big and they all have a big muscle , they were working out and immediately they saw us they stopped and walk towards us , one of the men asked “hey sucre it’s been a long time , what do we owe this visit ?” before he could answer , another man said “and who is this pu**y you brought , is she for desert cause it’s been a long time I had anything these dark , she must be sweet as a chocolate ?” then the rest burst into laughter .

I stepped forward buoyantly and brought out a bundle of hundred dollars from my bag and threw it on the floor , it was my turn to behave rudely and I said “This pu**y is about to employ your jobless asses , so are you in or out ?” they looked at the money on the floor and they’ll looked at themselves , it’s as if they were having a mind discussion next they’ll replied “we’re in” .

I wanted to show them a bit of attitude then I brought out my gun , pointed at them and said “the next time anyone of you talk rude to me ,you will go six feet under the ground and your jobless asses will go back to the street”, then I added “we will be going to Italy tomorrow , I will leave sucre to give you the details of our journey , and what we are going to do there” after I said that I walk back into the car waiting patiently for sucre to come back .

Few minutes later sucre entered the car and said to me “believe me D you were born to rule , I have never seen these men scared before , not to talk of being scared of a women , I have given them the details of our journey and you need to see their faces when I told them you have the scared staff , they are more then pleased to serve you”I ignored him and we drove away .

After we were driving back to the city , I gave Sucre some money to buy some guns , ammunitions and any other materials they might need for the journey and if possible they should buy some cloth so they will look good , thereafter we got to the city where we looked for another hotel but firstly we went to a cloth store where we bought some cloth and shoes , next we booked our separate room , I went inside my room and had a very hot steamy bath and twenty minutes later I came out feeling refreshed , sucre called to ask me if I’m hungry but I told him I’m not , thereafter I slept tomorrow will be a long day .
