Vincent's eyes were unsteady as Isabella suddenly asked for a divorce. It was a month away from their anniversary and his ears couldn’t believe it.
Vincent's heart raced as he processed Isabella's demands, the tension in the room was intense.
"Why do you want a divorce?" he asked, his voice filled with shock and confusion. But Isabella remained silent, her eyes avoiding his, leaving Vincent frustrated.
As seconds ticked by, Vincent's anxiety grew. "Is it because of Timothy?" he pressed, desperation creeping into his tone.
