After lunch, Adam came over to Mariam’s table to escort her outside so she could give him a tour. All he really wanted was to spend more time with this beautiful creature. From the first time he saw her the night before, he couldn’t get her off of his mind. He asked her questions about herself while they walked around her territory.
Adam found out that Mariam was in her last year of high school and hadn’t made any plans for college or anything else after graduation. Her best friend was the previous Gamma’s daughter and had just found out she was mated to Mariam’s other brother, Michael. Mariam admitted she was most ecstatic about getting a sister, something she’d always wanted. Though she and Carmela had always been close, like sisters; now it would be official.
