I step out of the unit after radioing dispatch and approach Faith again. "Okay, Faith, you're all set. We don't have any identification on the individual that broke into your home yet, but you're clear to go in, we have someone coming out to help you get your lights back on. You'll be notified when he will be going to court regarding this issue. If you're wanting to press any charges, you have the right to do so." I try to calm a very nervous Faith down. I can tell she's on the edge with this whole situation.
Faith nods and then pulls me in for a hug, wrapping her arms tightly around me while my arms remain at my sides. "Thank you oh so much, Crayvin. Maybe I can repay you, somehow, dinner perhaps?" She offers, a slight smirk lifting at the corner of her mouth.
