I called Paxton right away. And his phone is now switched off. Great.
"Are you sure he is a werewolf? Because I have known him for a while now and he-"
"I know one since I am one myself," Cass tells me and that makes even more sense somehow.
I can't help but stand there and watch a group of wolves chasing Paxton's car. The guards who Cass sent to get Paxton.
"Can someone say when one is a werewolf through a picture?" I ask her again, since I know I showed him a picture of Devon.
"Not really. It's the scent and the aura. He might be an Alpha's son himself. He doesn't have an Alpha aura but I can feel his strong power. It is like a sting, to people who are not Alphas," Cass says.
