"So.. were you really his bully?" Olive asks Devon and all he did was just nod.
"But it's all when we were kids. A decade ago. That's not who we are anymore," Devon barely whispers as he looks at Matt. I expected Matt to say something nasty but he just nodded as he poked at his pasta.
"Yeah. And I had a crush on his girlfriend Melissa," Matt tells me. I knew he did that on purpose but I failed to act cool.
I dropped the fork in my hand and picked it up real quick trying my best like that isn't affecting me. In all honesty, I am really jealous.
Especially when I am on a mission to find his ex-girlfriend. At this point I think she is doing all of this just to get back at me. But I will see. It's been days and she hasn't been found yet. That is raising severe suspicions
