Devon's POV
This entire house feels so alone without her. And it's not even a day since she left. She hasn't called me back. But that actually reminded me that I need to switch my damn phone on. After I came back from the human lands, I didn't even know where I threw it.
I asked Gladys to search that for me and I went on a wolf run. I let wolf out loose and he howled as he started to sprint.
"Mate laughed at us both the other day," he says in the middle of the run.
"Why?" I ask him back. Sometimes I fall asleep when wolf is in control. I deserve some much needed rest too. So why not.
"You named me as wolf. Of course I am a wolf but did you really have to name me that?" He asks me back and I laugh at that.
"Change your name to whatever mate's wolf likes," I tell him and he howls
