Violet returned to the pack house in the evening. She considered changing her business suit before meeting Alpha Evan.
Because it was not a business meeting, she would not have continued to wear a suit.
She chose a simple, laced white dress. Her dress was flowy and netted. She left her room with her hair tied in a high ponytail.
When she reached downstairs, Clara and Raya were there. They gave her smile.
Violet noticed Clara's smile, and she realized it was not genuine. She was well aware that Clara was not pleased with the marriage proposal. But, because it was about the pack, she had to agree with everyone else.
Violet gave them a nod and said,
"I am going to meet Alpha Evan."
Clara nodded her head. "I know."
Violet was stunned. How did she come to know that? It was only between
