The next few days came and went. The boys were busy rehearsing, and I was too busy checking guests out now that the quarantine was over and everyone could return home. Most of them came from the city, and as much as they must have loved the freedom of being in the country surroundings because they could go for walks, which was forbidden in the city, it was clear that they were dying to go back to their city life. No one knew what it really meant, if we would go back to the way things were before, or if it would be a staggered approach like it was back in 2020. Either way, they were leaving and for us, it would mean we could take time off because we wouldn’t have so many demanding guests.
