Knowing she would probably not get any work done after noon, Mia tried to put her morning time into good use. After taking a bath and having her breakfast, She reached for her laptop and got some work done until about 1 pm when Hailey appeared with her niece, Adrienne, whom Mia was going to babysit.
"Hi, boo." Hailey pulled Mia into a hug the moment she opened the door.
"Hi, sweets." Mia returned the hug. Pulling away, She greeted Hailey's niece.?
"Hi, love." She picked up Adrienne. "You've grown so big, Remember me?" She asked the four-year-old who nodded with a small smile on her face.
"Of course she does. There's no one related to me that doesn't know my best friend.?
"Aunt Hailey talks about you all the time!" Adrienne said.?
"She does?" Mia said, acting surprised.?
