Flashback
“Theo, my son. Can you come here for a second?” I looked up from the book I was reading when I heard my father call out for me.
It was a Sunday afternoon and both my mother and little sister were out doing errands while he and I were at his office. I usually didn’t stay here, but he had this book we were required to read before summer in one of his shelves and he never let anyone have his things outside of his office.
I stood up from my seat and walked over to sit on the chair by his desk. “What is it, father?” I asked as I looked at him.
