There is an app that we can download on our phones that can monitor our location to have an added layer of protection. Can everyone hand their phones to Eli he can have everyone up to running in seconds and tomorrow he and a few others can get the rest of the pack on it and dad you can monitor it anytime you want. This app is able to turn off but how many times that happens could be investigated.”
