I hid at a dark corner in the stable as the scorching sun continued to shine. It was hot, very hot. My heart was racing as I struggled to comprehend what had happened. One moment, I was flying towards the helicopter. Everything seemed so certain. I was so sure I could get the æye. But then the light came. It engulfed me and I blacked out. I opened my eyes when I felt a terrible pain in my hand. It was like I was set on fire. I cried as I perceived the smell of my own flesh burning. Being set on fire wasn't just a metaphor, it was literal. My hand was burning and it was stretched out into the sun. I quickly removed my hand from the sun and hid myself better in the shade I woke up in. My hand stopped burning but the excruciating pain coming from the wound made me cry. It was the first time
