I picked up my car keys and drove off to Haresgate. I know it was stupid, I had a vision about a 'witch' telling me about the the end of the world and saying that only I could stop it. I wasn't supposed to leave just yet but I did not want to waste any time. I was curious as to what Drumond had done to make the table g after him. But after that vision, it was becoming clearer now. Maybe that witch was telling the truth. Maybe there were greater forces at play. Maybe I wasn't so useless after all. As I drove on the this road, I clenched my teeth when I thought about the supposed role I was to play in all this. But I couldn't think such thoughts yet. I still had to go to Drumond's old house first. There, I would find the answers I seek, according to what the witch told me.
