Derrick found Santiago in the gym an hour later. His brother had waited. Santiago had to give him credit for that much. He'd waited until Lachlan had left and was no longer there to contradict everything he said. It was smart and very Derrick. Despite knowing he had company, Santiago didn't stop what he was doing. He kept his hands moving, the rhythm of the bag steady, sweat already cooling on his back and neck.
