But while in Crescent Moon Pack Kendrick was drawing his frustration with alcohol and Brad was pleasing himself with Sammy in his arms at Jane’s house things were different.
“You can come in” Jane tells Matthew, seeing him at her door and feeling bad for putting him in this situation.
“It’s alright Miss Jane” he says, giving her a polite smile. “Kendrick will kick my ass if I make myself comfortable.
“Is he always so uptight?” Jane suddenly asks. “I remember him in a different way. He was sweet and never in my life could I imagine that he would become such a rude man.”
But her words amused Matthew.
“Well,” and he scratches his head having no idea how to explain this to her.
