BECCA'S POV
I was very overwhelmed and I honestly didn't know how to react. This is actually the last thing that I had expected from Jane.
My mind couldn't process everything that she had told me and that is why I decided to do what I do best and that is run.
I made for the door and before Jane could stop me, I had already rushed outside. I used the stairs because I knew if she decides chased after me, she would probably think that I am using an elevator and I didn't want to risk that. I was so scared of even facing her.
Luckily, I found a cab easily and I was able to be rushed home.
Jane called me several times but I had to block her as I process's everything that she had just told me.
