Matthew’s POV
It was the day after the engagement party, and I wanted to go see Tiffany. I hopped in my car and drove to her house. When I entered, I found her sleeping in her bed. She must be exhausted from having turned back into a human.
I was glad she had moved back out of Chris’ place. If she still lived there, it’d be difficult for me to visit.
I crawled in the bed next to her and pulled her close to me. I kissed her soft hair and cuddled her.
I guess I had fallen asleep with her because next thing I know, she was waking me up.
“When did you get here Matty?” She asked.
“Mmm, I don’t know. Sometime this morning,” I replied.
“Well, it’s already evening now.” She laughed.
I scratched the back of my head, “I guess it is. I just wanted to see you, baby. I missed you.”
