Matthew’s POV
Today I was going to accompany Tiffany to her father’s house to tell him the news. She was extremely nervous, and I was trying to get her to relax.
“Baby, it’ll be okay. I’m here with you.” I whispered in her ear as we pulled up to his estate.
We took a driver because Tiffany said her father hated it when she drover herself. He felt it was improper for a lady of her status.
We got out of the car, and I could feel her vibrating in nervousness. I rubbed up and down her arm, trying to soothe her.
When we entered Tiffany led us straight to his office where he always stayed.
Knock, knock, knock
“Come in,” he called out.
She opened the door slowly and plastered a smile on her face. “Hey, dad.”
“Tiffany! Matthew! What a wonderful surprise? Is Chris. here as well?” He asked.
