Mason smiled as he petted all three dogs that recognized him nearly instantly. He barely made his way through the corridors and into the bedroom where was the cleanest part of the apartment. The apartment was a complete mess as usual, cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling, mess made by the dogs nobody bothered to clean up, cockroaches in the bathroom along with any other insect you could imagine. The kitchen consisted of two refrigerators, out of which only one was working and in the corridor there was a third one which was also out of order. The corridor was rather tight since there was an unusable washing machine there that they used as a table of sorts and placed various things on top of it.
