Messenger
I wait in the lobby while Eli conducts his meeting. I don't recognise the building but we're on the sixth floor and there are tons of office doors on the floor. The receptionist had mentioned the meeting would be in the conference room. Two men came out and greeted us before taking him away. I relax on the couch playing on my phone while I wait. I'm hoping his meeting is truly short like he said. I message Diana to tell her I took her advice and we are all good. She doesn't message back so I close out the chat. She's probably busy with her sister. I feel eyes on me and I look up to see the receptionist looking at me. I give her an awkward smile and look away. "Are you and Mr Raith a couple?" her accent throughs me off. She sounds Eastern European. "Uh, yes please." I answer, smiling.
