I sigh happily as I look out the glass doors at the city lights. I relish the moments from today, all so memorable. This was hands down one of the best days of my life. I haven't been able to get this silly smile off my face since I got back home. It's stuck there, not wanting to leave anytime soon. I stir and get up quickly from the couch as I hear Matthew making his way out of the elevator. Without giving him a glance I walk to the kitchen and grab the plates. He loosens his tie and removes his blazer. Wrapping it around the back of his chair he walks over to the sink and washes his hands. Whereas, I heat the spaghetti I made in the microwave and bring it to the island. Matthew takes his seat and sighs tiredly. "Today was a hard day at work. I hope they accept the proposal." I start
