My heart flutters as I enter the cafeteria and find Kai on our usual table. He isn’t looking at me but the mere thought makes me anxious. I walk slowly behind Anna dreading coming face to face with him. Though, seeing him again excites me. Even if it has just been three days.
The three of them look at us when Anna pats on the table. “Look who’s finally here!”
“Celia!” Conan gets up from his chair and hugs me excitedly.

I chuckle and accept Brian’s hug. “We were missing the mom of our group.”
