Since both of us are already ready, we go immediately. I know we will pass the bus on the way to the city. Themba is driving the bus today, as Jonas wants to sit with Thandi. Themba does not like to drive fast, and sometimes, it frustrates the rest of the workers. It is a long way to the city, and they must do their shopping before they can come home, so when Themba drives, everyone gets home late. Usually, we have a braai at the end of the day, and they hate being late because everyone likes to have a few drinks before we eat. We always pay everyone the last Friday of the month so they can have a weekend to enjoy their payment. We swim and enjoy ourselves. It is summertime.
