GETTING TO KNOW HIM 1

DON DAN POV:

i rushed into my friend's car like it was where i can breath,while i was trying to relax my friend was shocked by the way i entered and told him to drive ,so he asked me what was the problem wether anyone was chasing me but i told him that it was just nothing so he knew i was telling him to cut the matter.

After 20mins of driving to who knows where ,we finally reached to our destination which was my friend's restaurant .

As you know my friend is also a rich millionaire like me the only difference between us is that his job is legal mine isn't and am a billionaire why he is a millionaire, his too kind and respectful but am not so i would say his like the Angel while am the Devil .

As we entered into the restaurant, the good aroma of the foods were already making my tommy more hungry so we sat beside the window where we could get fresh air and ordered our dishes before i knew it, it was served and i began to devour it while my friend was just looking at me like a dad finally giving his son what he wants and laughing which i didn't like so i told him eat Dave ,he knew anytime i call him that ,that means am serious, though his name is David but sometimes i call him Dave for short. After the meal me and David discussed about business for some time and when we were done ,i decided to go home and rest and try to see what i can do with my so called wife!.we shaked hands and greeted each other goodbye then i left.

LENA POV:

when my husband left i decided to take some rest because today has been hectic for me and try to wake up before he returns in the evening.

.........7 HOURS LATER

When i woke up and checked the time it was already 8pm ,i was shocked as to how i slept for a whole 7hrs ,i guess i was to stressed and tired that i slept like a dead person, so i decided to go to the toilet to wash up in the bathroom to get myself.

After bathing ,i wore my towel and rubbed my cream ,while deciding to choose a nightwear ,the door opened and it was "him" i just tightened my hands on my towel ,then greeted him but no response then he looked up at me then said great timing.

Daniel started coming closer towards me with a slow walk while i was going backwards till i reached the wall and stood there with fear, when he was almost close to me i could feel his breath on my face then he said why acting as if i want to r**e you after all you are my wife but that's not the reason I said great timing ,then i asked him why ,he looked at his watch then called the maids in and told me i have 20mins to dress up and come downstairs ,that his having dinner with his friends around 10pm and now is 9:40pm so i have to be quick before I opened my mouth to ask what the dinner meeting was all about he went out and the maids started doing my makeup and showing me dresses.

Exactly 20mins later ,i was done with makeup and dress ,when i looked at myself at the mirror i was suprised,contended and shocked ,which made me to ask the maid is this me and she smiled, i smiled back and told her good job ,I'm satisfied with her work then she thanked me, looking at the dress it was not too long or too short,looks simple but elegant and tight enough to fit and show my curves because am a thick lady so the dress looked like it was made for me and it was my favorite colour Red which makes it stand out ,as i was admiring my beauty, a maid came in and told me that its time to go downstairs .

i was scared a bit meeting his friends for the first time and not knowing how many of them they were, and am sure they would have the same Aura with my husband so i decided to carry my self more elegantly.

when the elevator to the down floor opened, i walked in gracefully as i could, when reaching the dining ,i saw 10 men and their Auras were screaming luxury i could tell by their dresses that they aren't people to play with.

I sat beside my husband though with anxiety but i made sure not to show that i feel intimidated by their presence, as i was settling myself the maids then arrived with the meals for dinner ,my favorite was the fried rice because it looked soooo good ,after each maids asked the visitors what they would like to eat first and they were served what they requested .

when it reached my turn i was asked and i requested for the rice with some chicken and cold drink after few mins it was served and we all dugged in ,as we were eating and enjoying our meal my husband cleared his throat and everyone looked up so he started talking about a business he would like to be in some where agreeing with him while some where arguing that it wasn't Good enough meanwhile, me that doesn't know much about the business just faced my food waiting for when he will introduce me to his friends, though while eating one of the guys was eyeing me like in a seductive manner which I didn't like and sometimes he will try to start a conversation with me but i Wouldn't respond, while looking for something to distract myself with ,i guessed my husband noticed what was going on then stopped talking to his friends and faced me with a broad smile i know its fake and looked towards his friends Especially the guy who was trying to get my attention so he stood up and told me to do so which i did then he finally introduced me saying "This is my WIFE"while looking at the one trying to get my attention then the guy raised his hands in surrender which shocked me a bit then he introduced his friends to me the one beside me is Nicolas(the guy trying to get my attention),the one next to him is Bryan my business partner and Bryan brought his hand out to shake me which i also did ,then the two men at the end of the table is Alex and Andrew which they greeted me with a smile as i returned it as well then the 5 men at the right side of the table were Frank,Victor,Humphrey, Ronald and Ben,finally the last man standing who was beside my husband i guess are close friends is David and he also greeted me with a smile which i returned as well then i introduced myself again by saying "I am Lena Mavericks ",after calling my surname there was a bit of shock in their eyes as if they were thinking whether am the person they think i am ,so when we were done eating i decided to go and use the restroom ,when i stood up my husband told me to sit back then i told him that I wanted to use the restroom but he still told me sit so when i tried sitting down he said ok you can go while pulling my chair back words and i lost balance on my legs which made me to fall and everyone including the maids present were all laughing even his friends so i ran into my room and locked ny self up.
