The desolation of the Reesani forest was indicative of the b****y battle that had taken place there some time ago.

At that time, he was in his residence holding the heartbeat in his arms and looking at the moon through the open front window with moist eyes.

The color of his eyes was turning dark blue, which showed his grief and sadness.

Mia was lost in blissful dreams; the joy of meeting her own made her forget everything.

She was human and what appeals to man more than what he doesn't have.

She was there with Lord Reesan in white by the invisible wall beyond which was her world. Camille was followed by Percy looking at her with twinkling eyes.

Mia was unable to see anything and turned around to reach out for Percy, so he reached out and took her hand.

"I will miss you precious. You are my only family." He smiled while speaking in a wet voice.

"I will always remember you too, Percy." She was sad to leave this place.

When Reesan turned to look at them, Camille bowed her head and turned back to take Percy and left. Reesan saw Mia standing alone.

He moved forward and held her face in his hands and bent down to feel her touch.

Touching her eyes with his lips, he was not ready to say goodbye.

Mia hesitantly placed her hands on his chest.

As her face began to glow, she tried to back away.

"Shadow man. Can we meet again?” Mia suddenly felt the urge to walk away from him at that moment.

"Go Little Thing. It is yours and there your sight will be restored. The curses and marks of this world will remain here.” He turned away from her and started walking away step by step. Mia bowed her head and tried to manipulate his words.

Here was Reesan and his attention, while everyone in this world was a step away. Her sight, her family, her room. There was no enemy, no fear of death. She was thinking with her head down.

"Reesan. If I ever want to come here.” She remembered her world and the facilities there. She said, “love” was for Reesan.

She was even surprised for a moment at this question.

Reesani took a step towards the forest and was shocked at her sentence.

"Whenever I want, you will be here, Heartbeat. But remember, you will remain blind here." Reesan stopped and said to her. She understood and was confused by the confusion.

"How can I get my family there?" Before Mia could finish her sentence, Reesan interrupted, coming towards her.

"Go human. Your family will find you there by themselves.” Before Mia could understand what he was saying, Reesan suddenly pulled her back by hugging her.

Mia opened her bleary eyes to find herself in a room in an old building in the human world and her eyesight was intact.

She was lying on the ground and her hair and clothes were damaged by mud. Stuff was scattered everywhere in the room as if there had been a fight.

Mia's inquisitive eyes darted around as the sirens of police cars began to sound. She was startled and turned towards the broken window.

There was a loud thump on the stairs and the door to the room was thrown open with a loud bang.

Mia's confused eyes started to close when she saw the policemen coming from the front and then her mind was lost in darkness.
