CHAPTER ELEVEN Ebube and Nnaemeka had never been apart this long. After the exchange of excited greetings and pleasantries, the two went a short distance from Nneka to converse in private. It transpired that a few days after Azuka had told Nnaemeka that Ebube was alive in the evil forest, he had summoned the courage to go in search for him, a mission not even the very brave dared.
