Outside of warring, Ebube spent his time hunting leopards. But there was no time to hunt leopard these days; Ebube was fully occupied organising raids. He was Azuka’s only heir, but had never given much thought to inheriting the priesthood of Ibiniukpabi. As far as he was concerned, the gods could choose someone else from Oke Nnachi or Eze Agwu, the other two villages that made up Arochukwu.
