ANGEL’S POV FIVE YEARS LATER. Milan fashion week had been amazing and exhilarating as we were offered the biggest work offer ever but I was ready to go home. I couldn’t focus anymore and all I wanted was to see my boys and our family. When I got off the plane there was a driver waiting for me. We didn’t head to the old apartment. It had been a couple of years since we had moved out of there and into our dream home. It looked like a home and smelt like home. I waved the driver off and carried my bags to the door. It was quiet and I headed inside to find the living room lit up by candles and glow sticks. On the middle of the floor was a picnic blanket and rose petals. I laughed at their efforts.
