"Nah, Flynn won't kill me he knows Evans, and I are just buddies beside I would so like to get to know this Asian angel right here."  I giggled, "Charles Tuppen behave, remember we are not in High School anymore."  "Elle I am serious here all kidding aside.   Yeah, I like to tease Flynn by hitting on you, but we both know I am not serious everyone knows the only guy for you is Flynn always has been, always will be I like to tease him.  Besides to be honest even though I know you and little Flynn are just besties/twins I don't think I can handle my girl being as close as you two are that is why Flynn is perfect for you."  I grin and smack him "ok as long as your being a grown-up about it Margot Covey this is Charles Tuppen he really is a good guy he helped me out a lot when d**k head over there broke my heart and helped keep the players away that just wanted to date bad boy Flynn's only ex-girlfriend.  Charles Tuppen this Margot Swan Covey that is her sister Lara Jean Swan Covey with her boyfriend Peter Kavinsky and the little girl with Bradley is their youngest sister Katherine Swan Covey."  Covey girls this as I said is Charles Tuppen the prankster behind him is Duncan; then we have oops sorry dude I never learned your real name I know you as yearbook guy."  He laughed, "yeah, I know I guess running around all the time saying yearbook before taking a picture gave me a nickname, but my real name is Sean Parker."  It took us a while, but we got all the introductions down and started enjoying the deserts.  Margot was surprised at my hotoki, and I just laughed. I told you my balamdung-i Jae-Hwe taught me how to make his family hotoki."  

Everyone loved the desserts, and we all cleaned up the kitchen before the guys took off to rearrange the living room, and I ran down to the basement and grabbed the basket we use to empty the fridge.  With the help of all the girls, we emptied the fridge and filled it up with sodas from the basement.  I explained to the Covey girls why we emptied the fridge, and Margot looked at me "really?"  "yep, some dorks emptied the entire contents into the pool.  I doubt they would do that now that we are adults, but you never know with practical jokers like Tuppen and Duncan."  Duncan strolls in "What did I do sexy?"  I started laughing, "really Duncan, do you have a death wish.  Tuppen gets away with it because while Noah and I were still together at the beginning of our Senior year, he was keeping an eye on me for Noah and reporting everything I did back to him while he was at Harvard."  Margot smiles at Tuppen, and the two of them took off to talk and get to know each other.  Lara Jean walks up, shaking her head "I hope he doesn't expect anything since until she comes back from Scotland, she will not enter into a long-distance relationship."  I chuckled, "knowing Tuppen he will follow her."  "Yeah, but it can be pretty expensive."  I chuckled, "um Tuppen's mom is a doctor, and his father is an R&D Manager, and they spoil him rotten."  "Really?"  "Yep, besides to them, the idea of getting him away from UCLA is a good thing.  Especially since it is classified as a party school to them."  "Ah, Ok, is he stalkerish?" "Nah, just kidding Tuppen has been talking about transferring to a school overseas for a while to help diversify himself for international business if you need proof check out the social media sights he is on all of them." 

I walked around talking to everyone when I noticed Warren talking to Lara Jean. I shake my head and walk over, "Warren, what are you doing?"  He looks at me, "hey, Evans, you still single and ready to mingle?"  I shook my head and lifted my left hand "seriously, who is the lucky guy Evans?"  Next thing I know, I feel two arms wrap around me from behind, and I hear, "I am Warren."  Warren looks between Noah and me, "seriously you two are engaged now?"  "Yep, we realized that we love each other too much to let each other go.  Weren't you here for the engagement announcement we made?"  "Nope, I heard about it on the school alumni page.  I was hoping you two broke up."  "Why would you wish that Warren?"  He looked at me, "So, I can ask you out properly."  "Well, not going to happen oh and stay away from the Covey girls."  I walk up to Peter, "Hey dude, did you see the guy I was just talking to by Noah."  "Yeah, the one talking to Lara Jean."  I turn around and see Warren talking to Lara Jean and shake my head "ah, hell no.  Peter go and keep her company. I know you trust her, but Warren has a hard time taking no for an answer."  "Is he that bad?"  "Yep, my junior year he tried to make me go skinny dipping in his hot tub if it hadn't been for Noah..."  "Ok got you I am on my way to protect my girl."   

Warren glared at me and stomped off I couldn't help but laugh.  I hear Tuppen next to me, "what's got Warren's panties in a twist?"  "I am guessing he was trying to get Lara Jean to do something she wouldn't normally do and Peter stopped it."  Tuppen glared, "just like when he tried to force you to skinny dip at his party."  "Probably I like joking around with him, but I don't trust him as far as I can throw him beside it is my understanding he was invited accidentally by Lee."  "I would think it was an accident he is the only guy from Buckner that still doesn't understand that you belong to Flynn."  I look around for Margot and notice she is not around, "where is Margot?"  "Oh, she went to get a drink."  "Ok, good what about your girlfriend Tuppen?"  "Oh, her we broke up about a week after you left turns out she was using me to get back at her ex. and it worked they are back together."  "Tuppen that sucks.  Dude, I hope you find the right girl for you."  "Oh, guess what I have decided where I am going to school in the spring."

Margot walks up, "What do you mean I thought you attended UCLA?"  "I do, but Duncan's dad, who is involved in international business suggested if I wanted to join his company, I should study abroad."  "Yep, so I have decided on Scotland since my dad can't pull strings there like in England."  "Tuppen I am so proud of you trying to stand on your own two feet."  "Well, Evans you and the Flynn’s are doing it all on your own."  I giggle "Tuppen not all, but yeah, we are not relying on them to bail us out on everything."  "Yeah, but you all have to ask for help, Mr. and Mrs. Flynn let you all stumble and fall until you ask for help or need its help.  While my dad cuts it off at the pass before I even know what is happening."  "Oh, that sucks Tuppen. I hope you find what you are looking for when you are in Scotland." 

The rest of the night went by great after everyone left the Flynn's, Covey's, Peter and myself all sat out by the pool talking.  Margot looked at me, "Elle I was wondering is Tuppen, an ok guy."  "He has become an ok guy once he realized that certain behaviors were not acceptable."  "What do you mean?"  I smiled "Our Junior year which would have been Noah's senior year on the first day of school my uniform pants ripped, and my dad sent all my other pants to the cleaners.  I hated wearing skirts, and I only had my freshman skirt left in the closet.  Little did I know that when I walked my panties showed well needless to say once we arrived at school everyone was staring and Tuppen thought it was a good idea to smack my ass to get my attention.  You could say that Noah taught him a lesson he never forgot, and to be honest, he never disrespected a girl like that again."  "Really."  "Yep, actually he went from being a player when he thought the reason Noah was keeping him from me was he didn't want me being hurt by some player.  No one found out till the prom that the real reason was Noah wanted me for himself."  "So, you two ended up together, obviously."  "Yep, we did all because of a kissing booth."  She laughed, "yeah, Lara Jean and Peter told me about that did they tell you about how they ended up together."  "Yep, Kitty is lucky she isn't my sister I would have killed her."  "Oh, believe me, Lara Jean tried I stopped her."   

"Look Margot Tuppen made a mistake but remember we were kids and he did change after that our senior year while Noah was away at Harvard Tuppen took care of me made sure that no one messed with me and when Noah and I broke up I thought Tuppen would stop, but he didn't.  He didn't even hit on me when he had a chance.  All Tuppen did was hold my hand and helped me through what was a difficult time in my life.  Hell even though I was hurt when that b***h blackmailed Noah to go out with her and dump me, I think it was for the best.  Not because long distance doesn't work but because it helped make me stronger and it helped Noah and I both realize how much we loved each other and helped me understand Noah wasn't trying to treat me like a child but just trying to protect me from everything that could hurt me." 

She took a moment to think while Peter, Lara Jean, and Lee all jumped in the pool.  I just shook my head at the dorks when I heard Margot, "so would you give him a chance?"  I hear Noah groan next to me and I giggled "well if I weren't in love with Noah yes I would Tuppen is a great guy, but to me, he is just my buddy.  See Tuppen, and I got close there at the end of our senior year because of Lee and his girlfriend back then even though she said she didn't care Lee's girlfriend had a problem with mine and Lee's friendship.  So, when I needed a shoulder to cry on I went to Tuppen then when Lewis came in the picture he was there to remind me that if I had crossed a line with Noah didn't mean I had to with anyone else."  Noah groaned and looked at me, "so, Tuppen knew when we..."  I giggled, "No, I never confirmed or denied anything I just told him I understood what he meant.  Although I believe he was talking about kissing since the conversation came up after the first time, he tried kissing me, and I wasn't ready."  Noah grinned, "good because what happens between us be behind closed doors should stay between us as much as possible."  I laugh while Margot looks between the two of us, "so you two haven't..."  I giggle as Lee yells from the pool "oh, they have those two are so f*****g gross I am surprised I haven't lost weight from throwing up."  I glare at Lee and yell "RULE #2 TWIN."  His face turns white, and Noah starts laughing, "oh, little bro, you walked into that one, let the games begin."  Margot looks at us and asks, "what do you mean let the games begin..."
